The use of solar panels that partially, in a certain percentage, let sunlight through allows the protection of agricultural crops from extreme weather conditions, but also by placing solar panels above agricultural crops or using the area for animal husbandry, a potential conflict is prevented when agricultural land is used for the production of electricity energy. In order to make the above possible, in the area of the solar power plant, it is possible to build economic buildings in the function of agricultural production, livestock farms and the like, the document states.
