About 30 million euros will be invested in the construction of the bypass around Uzice in Serbia

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, stated today that 30 million euros will be invested in the construction of the bypass around Uzice, which will have the profile of a highway, and that water supply, construction of boiler rooms, a new bridge on Djetina and a completely new road to Bajina Basta will be invested because tourism in this area has improved.
It was also announced that 80 million euros will be invested in the Clinical Center in Uzice in the next four years, which will become a large health center in Serbia thanks to these investments, according to a statement published on the portal of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
Vucic, who visited this institution together with the Minister of Health Zlatibor Loncar, the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Tomislav Momirovic and the Minister of Youth and Sports Vanja Udovicic, announced an increase in salaries for health workers by January 1, 2022 at the latest.
The President pointed out that the works on the mentioned bypass, in the total length of five kilometers, will begin in mid-October at the latest, and pointed out that the highway to Pakovrac will be completed by the end of this year, and the road to Pozega by the middle of next year.
After the opening of the new sports hall “Krcagovo”, in the construction of which approximately 1.25 million euros was invested, Vucic said that this hall will mean a lot to Uzice, which has an extraordinary tradition in basketball and volleyball.
As he specified, the area of the typical sports hall for school sports in Krcagovo is 1,555 square meters, and it will be possible to hold basketball, handball, volleyball, as well as indoor soccer matches for approximately 200 spectators, eKapija reports.
