Many people look forward to the non-working days that come with national holidays, and this year, many will have the chance to enjoy an extended weekend, relaxing at either domestic or foreign destinations. We’ve looked into the pricing and availability of accommodation in popular tourist destinations across Serbia. While many places are nearing full capacity, there are still vacancies available.
For those who prefer mountain destinations, Kopaonik remains a popular choice, with available rooms at an average price of around 8,000 dinars per night. Discounts are also being offered. For example, a luxury apartment that previously cost 15,223 dinars per night now costs 11,569 dinars. This includes private parking, an indoor swimming pool, with breakfast available for an additional 937 dinars. Other apartments are priced at 15,070 dinars per night with a pull-out couch, or 12,881 dinars for a larger bed for two.
The priciest accommodation available in Kopaonik is located in the center, costing 17,564 dinars per night, with breakfast priced at an additional 937 dinars. The situation in Zlatibor is similar, where there are still plenty of vacant apartments. For example, an apartment 450 meters from the center costs 9,953 dinars per night, while another hotel room near the bus station, on discount, is available for 9,977 dinars per night (down from 16,628 dinars), with breakfast for 1,464 dinars. The most affordable apartments in Zlatibor are priced around 5,000 dinars, while the more luxurious options can go up to 17,000 dinars.
For those not fond of the mountains or winter weather, spas are an excellent alternative. Vrnjačka Banja, known for its wellness tourism, continues to offer various accommodations. For example, a hotel just under a kilometer from the famous Bridge of Love offers a two-person room for 90,164 dinars per night, including breakfast. More affordable options are also available, with rooms as low as 2,845 dinars per night. Other apartments in the area range from just over 4,000 dinars to 7,000 dinars. Meanwhile, Sokobanja’s average price is about 5,000 dinars per night, though one apartment stands out, priced at 46,253 dinars per night, featuring a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen, located just 62 kilometers from Constantine the Great Airport.
On Fruška Gora, accommodation availability is almost fully booked. The average price for simpler options is about 3,500 dinars, while the more luxurious options can go up to 52,000 dinars for a villa, 48,000 dinars for a two-room hotel apartment, and 94,848 dinars for a seven-room house.
