Air Serbia, the national airline of Serbia, has entered into a partnership with Visa, a global leader in digital payments, to launch the first co-branded payment card. This new card will be part of Air Serbia’s upcoming loyalty program aimed at enhancing customer experience and offering a range of new benefits.
The loyalty program, currently in development, is designed to improve service by providing passengers with greater convenience and exclusive rewards. Air Serbia’s General Manager, Jiří Marek, emphasized the importance of this collaboration, noting that the partnership with Visa will support the airline’s efforts to expand its premium services both in the air and on the ground.
“The introduction of our first co-branded card marks a major milestone in developing a loyalty program that not only rewards frequent flyers, but also offers value in everyday purchases,” Marek said. “This initiative is expected to encourage more travelers to choose Air Serbia.”
A key feature of the program is the ability to earn points not only through flights, but also through everyday transactions. This makes the program more accessible and appealing to a wider audience, offering users benefits even when they are not traveling.
Ana Drašković, Vice President and General Manager of Visa for Southeast Europe, added: “Our shared goal is to provide users with a unique product that combines the safety of digital payments with the enjoyment of travel and meaningful value—whether at home or abroad.”
