Air Serbia to build new administrative building, hotel and business facility at Belgrade Airport

Air Serbia has announced plans to construct a new administrative building, a business facility and a hotel within the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport complex. The project will be carried out in three phases, with the buildings being functionally independent, covering a total area of 24,215 square meters.

The first phase of the project involves the construction of the administrative building, which will have a total area of 7,985 square meters. This phase is expected to be completed by June 2026. Initially, the building will accommodate around 480 employees, with the potential to expand capacity to 620 workers in the future.

The second phase will include the construction of a hotel spanning 8,234 square meters, featuring 152 double rooms. The hotel is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2027.

The final phase of the project will involve the construction of an office building of the same size as the administrative building, with the completion slated for 2030.

Additionally, the project will include a total of 507 parking spaces. These will be distributed across the administrative building (140 spaces), the hotel (80 spaces), and the southeastern section of the lot (287 spaces).
