Starting from January 11, Air Serbia will begin direct flights between Belgrade and Shanghai, offering service twice a week. The airline announced that flights from Belgrade to Shanghai will operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays during the winter season. The return flights from Shanghai to Belgrade will depart on Wednesdays and Sundays.

This new route will complement Air Serbia’s expanding network in China. On September 30, 2024, the airline introduced a regular flight between Belgrade and Guangzhou, marking its second Chinese destination after Tianjin, which has been served since December 2022.

With the addition of Shanghai to its route network, Air Serbia continues to strengthen its presence in the Asian market, providing more travel options for passengers traveling between Serbia and China.
