Air Serbia has introduced a new “Premium Check-in” zone at Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla Airport, designed to enhance the experience for its business class passengers. Located next to the check-in counters, this new area includes four dedicated counters and a comfortable seating space.
This move is part of Air Serbia’s ongoing efforts to improve the overall passenger experience. The airline aims to enhance every aspect of the journey for its customers, starting with the check-in process.
Additionally, Air Serbia plans to build a new business lounge at the C10 gate of the Belgrade airport. The lounge, which will occupy 630 square meters, is expected to accommodate up to 160 guests. In a previous statement, Air Serbia’s director, Jirži Marek, revealed that the “old” business lounge hosted 86,000 passengers last year.
Marek emphasized that business class passengers often need to make the most of their time, so the dedicated check-in area is designed to cater to modern travel needs. He expressed confidence that the new service will be warmly received by business class travelers, offering them an upgraded experience from the moment they arrive at the airport.
