The continuous growth of the domestic stock market since late April continued last week. The Belex15 index rose by 1.4% to 1,188.7 points, while total trading volume remained modest at 25.4 million dinars (€0.2 million).
The most traded stock was Dunav Insurance (DNOS), which gained 4.3% to 1,512 dinars, fully recovering losses after the mid-April dividend payout. Trading volume for Dunav shares reached 9 million dinars.
Shares of Messer Tehnogas (TGAS) traded around 35,000 dinars with a turnover of 2.9 million dinars. On June 17, the company will hold a shareholders’ meeting to decide on a proposed dividend of 1,115 dinars per share (yielding 3.2%).
Other index components lagged behind in trading activity. Metalac (MTLC) rose 4.5% to 2,037 dinars on low volume, contributing to the index’s record value. Conversely, Energoprojekt Holding (ENHL) shares declined 9.1% to 500 dinars on minimal trading.
