Benetton, which plans to open a factory in Nis, has registered the company Benetton Serbia in Belgrade, a news release from the office of Nis Mayor Milos Simonovic said.

According to data provided by the Agency for Busines Registries, Benetton Serbia was registered on Feb. 25, with the founding capital of EUR10,000.

Mayor told that Benetton’s Serbian firm is registered in Belgrade rather than in Nis, because a sales contract has not been signed yet.
