Retailers in Slovenia are the best in the region and are followed by their colleagues in Serbia, while Montenegro is a synonym for poor retail service, the latest research by Global Market Solutions from Sarajevo shows, Podgorica-based portal CDM reported.
From June 13 to July 30, the agency conducted for the seventh time a research on the five basic elements of quality of service (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Suggest, Thank) in cooperation with mystery shopping agencies.
Slovenia took the leading position by scoring 79 percent, Serbia got 76, while Croatia has 71 percent. Macedonia is the fourth, Bosnia-Herzegovina the fifth, and Montenegro the last with 58 percent.
