Pancevo-based Staklara glassworks is not going bankrupt. Serbia managed to close a deal with Bulgaria-based Rubin International, as informed by the director of Srbijagas Dusan Bajatovic.
Serbia and Rubin made an agreement which provides for the Bulgarian company to buy 63-percent stake at the glassworks for EUR 35 million. The buyer is also bound to invest EUR 22 million and take over all debts of the glassworks.
