Following the General Procurement Notice published in Supplement of the Official Journal of the European Union No. 5 of 8.01.2011, the Republic of Serbia intends using the proceeds of the grant through Western Balkans Investment Framework from the European Investment Bank (the Bank) for financing the Consulting Services of Technical Assistance to Koridori Srbije d.o.o. (KSDOO) (former Koridor 10 d.o.o.) in relation to the implementation of the following projects:
– the construction of sections of highway E-80 on 83.4 km between Niš and the border with Bulgaria at Dimitrovgrad (Corridor branch-Xc);
– the construction of sections of highway E-75 on 74.1 km between Leskovac and the FYROM border (Corridor Xd) and;
– the completion of Sections A and B of Belgrade Bypass.
The Consulting Services to be carried out will include assistance concerning design review, tender documents drafting and/or review, cost control, planning, quantity surveying, claims review, contract management, road safety, tunnels and geotechnical, bridges and structures, mechanical equipment, electrical installations and equipment, ITS, etc. The services will require the inputs frоm long and short term experts to cover all the technical aspects required during construction works.
