Digital Academy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Opened in Serbia

Today, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce opened a specialized online Digital Business Academy intended primarily for owners and managers of micro, small and medium enterprises.
“Thanks to the experience of several successful, extensive consulting projects for micro, small and medium enterprises, the Center for Digital Transformation is able to determine exactly what knowledge and skills are needed in this segment of the economy to improve their production, respond to challenges in changed conditions, change or adjust business models, get involved in international supply chains faster, adapt marketing and sales channels as well as communication channels with customers and suppliers,” said the director of the Center for Digital Transformation PKS Predrag Nikolic.
As he explained, the Digital Academy currently offers four programs to students: Basic program in which students learn more about the essence and importance of digital transformation, Digital marketing, Business models and innovations and user-oriented business.
All lecturers at the academy are certified consultants of the Center for Digital Transformation, experts in their fields, with significant experience in providing consulting support to micro, small and medium enterprises in Serbia.
The Academy is a project of the Center for Digital Transformation of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and was developed with the support of German development cooperation implemented by GIZ (German Organization for International Cooperation), Novi Magazin reports.
