The construction industry sector in Serbia has started recuperating from the consequences of the global economic crisis, and this year it has achieved some growth, thanking to the state program that envisages investments of 500 million euro.

The construction industry sector in Serbia has started recuperating from the consequences of the global economic crisis, and this year it has achieved some growth, thanking to the state program that envisages investments of 500 million euro, stated Minister of Environment Protection and Spatial Planning Oliver Dulic.

He told TANJUG that some more time will be needed to fully recover the construction sector from the crisis, but he believes this year will yield positive results in that regard.

Dulic has reminded that on the majority of 245 projects financed by the state, the construction sites have been opened, and their realization will commence soon, hence helping the recuperation.
