The last year was extremely successful from the aspect of agriculture, said the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Branislav Nedimović.
During his visit to Cacak, he pointed out that this year, for the first time, Serbia transferred the sum of five billion exported agricultural products.
– Five or six years ago, we were at the level of 2.5 billion exports. See which border we moved in a short time. I can only promise that in 2022, we will not only repeat this result, but we will also move the export limit. That is our job and the least we can do for our country – Nedimović said.
The Minister of Agriculture said that one of the goals of the ministry for the next year is to open new markets.
– First of all, I mean the markets in the Far East, and the key priority is the Indonesian market, and that topic will be ahead of us in the coming weeks. Our intention is to expand new markets on the African continent – Nedimović pointed out.
He announced that the goal of the ministry he heads is to get closer to the end of the construction of the “Svračkovo” dam next year.
– When I talked with the Minister of Finance about the budget for next year, when I mentioned the dam “Svračkovo”, we did not discuss for five seconds. It is a capital infrastructure facility for many municipalities of the Moravica and Zlatibor districts – Branislav Nedimović emphasized, Morava reports.
