Serbia’s Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic met with representatives of Ferrero to discuss the implementation of the memorandum of understanding signed in February between the government of Serbia and this world leader in the confectionery industry. Under the memorandum of understanding, Ferrero will establish a centre for the production of hazelnuts by setting up its own production on 1,000 hectares, but also establishing cooperative relations with farmers in central and southern Serbia.
The production should be launched in September, which the Prime Minister supported.
