The Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Goran Vesić announced that a contract worth 46 million euros was signed with a consortium consisting of the German railway company Deutsche Bahn and the French firm Systra, which will manage the construction and supervise the construction of the depot and the first line of the Belgrade metro.

He stated on his Instagram profile that he is especially grateful to Deutsche Bahn, which opened its European office in Belgrade, from which it will coordinate its activities on our continent, reports eKapija.

“The arrival of renowned companies from Germany and France to our market speaks of how much the Belgrade metro construction project is valued in the European framework,” wrote Vesić on Instagram.
