GTC sells GTC X Office building in Belgrade for EUR 52 million to Forstone Realty

GTC successfully concluded the sale of its office building, GTC X, in Belgrade for EUR 52 million. The buyer is the Belgrade-based company Forstone Realty, as reported by ceelegalmatters.com.

This strategic move strengthens GTC’s financial position, with net proceeds of EUR 24 million, as the company continues to focus on preserving cash and enhancing its financial flexibility, according to the company’s official website.

“This sale is a key step in further strengthening our financial position. It increases our liquidity and provides us with greater financial flexibility to move forward,” said Gyula Nagy, Chairman of the Board of GTC.

GTC X is a state-of-the-art office building offering nearly 18,000 square meters of premium space designed for innovative businesses. It is located on Milutina Milankovića Street in New Belgrade. The striking glass façade allows natural light to flood the interior, while the distinctive X-shaped design offers flexible office layouts that meet the dynamic needs of tenants, according to gtcgroup.com.

The building also features 300 parking spaces in a three-level underground garage.

GTC X opened its doors in November 2022.
