The Agency for the Licensing of Bankruptcy Administrators has announced a second public tender for the sale of Hotel Lim in Priboj, which is part of the bankruptcy estate of the company FAP LIM.
The subject of the sale is Hotel Lim, located in Priboj, with a total area of 1,058 square meters. The building includes one underground level, a ground floor, and ten upper floors.

Along with the building itself, the sale also includes all associated equipment and inventory. The starting price for the tender is set at 96.3 million dinars. The public tender will take place on June 26.
Hotel Lim was previously offered for sale in March at a price of 137.6 million dinars. However, no interested buyers came forward at that time.
