Citizens throughout Serbia can now report their meter status quickly and easily using the free ED Serbia mobile application, developed by employees of Elektrodistribucija Srbije. The app is available for download on the Google Play Store for Android users.
How to Use the ED Serbia App to report electricity consumption:
Installation and initial steps
- Download the ED Serbia app from the Google Play Store.
- Open the app and tap the light blue field “Meter Status Report” on the home screen.
Selecting municipality and entering identification number
- Choose your municipality from the drop-down menu or search for it.
- The system will ask for specific information based on your municipality:
- Belgrade: Enter the ED number found in the upper left corner of your electricity bill.
- Other municipalities: Enter the measuring point code, also on the upper left of the bill.
- Click the “Next Step” button.
Entering data and uploading meter photo
- Fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk, including your first and last name.
- Enter the meter reading numbers up to the comma (or red square for analog meters).
- Select the date when the meter reading was taken and confirm.
- Tap the “PICTURE” option to select and upload a photo of your meter from your phone’s gallery.
- You will receive a notification confirming the photo was added successfully.
- Ensure the numbers entered match the photo.
Final steps and submission
- Optionally, enter your email address and phone number.
- After verifying all information is correct, press the “Send application” button.
- You can report the status for multiple meters from one phone.
