In one year, the price of vegetables in Serbia increased by 55.4 percent

The prices of agricultural and fishery products in November 2021, compared to the same month in 2020, increased by 30.5 percent, the Republic Bureau of Statistics announced.
Observed by main product groups, compared to the same month last year, the greatest impact on price growth was recorded in the groups – vegetables (55.4 percent), cereals (39.7 percent) and industrial plants (37.5 percent).
Prices of agricultural and fishery products in November 2021, compared to the previous month, increased by an average of 1.2 percent.
The greatest impact on price growth was registered in the groups livestock products (3.7 percent) and livestock and poultry (3.3 percent).
Prices of agricultural and fishery products from January to November 2021, compared to the same period in 2020, increased by an average of 20.3 percent, Biznis reports.
