According to data from the job site Poslovi Infostud, 31,891 job ads were posted in the first six months of 2025, marking a 17% decline compared to the same period last year, indicating more cautious hiring. However, demand for specific roles such as salespeople, drivers, production workers, and craftsmen remains strong, especially in the service and skilled trades sectors where salaries are above average. The most job openings continue to be in trade, manufacturing, services, crafts, IT, and hospitality.
