Another Serbian municipality is preparing to build a new renewable energy facility. The Detailed Regulation Plan for the “Martonoš 3PV” solar power plant in the municipality of Kanjiža has been put on early public review and will remain open until November 6.
The plan aims to inform the public about the project’s goals, spatial development options, and expected environmental and economic impacts.
The proposed solar plant will have an installed capacity of up to 990 kilowatts and will cover an area of 3.97 hectares (39,725 square meters).
The project envisions the installation of 1,920 photovoltaic panels, each containing 144 solar cells. The panels will be mounted on aluminum structures supported by steel subframes fixed to the ground.
