Marera Properties Serbia aims to develop the retail portfolio through high quality facilities in well-connected locations

After the Beko factory, the building of the Belgrade woman, BIGZ, the company Marera Properties became the new owner of Zemun Park, the first retail park in Belgrade, which covers over 15,000 m2 of retail space.
According to the company, their strategic commitment is to develop their retail portfolio through high-quality facilities in busy and well-connected locations, resulting in the acquisition of a retail park at the entrance to Belgrade, just a few kilometers from the center of Zemun.
Marera Properties will start further development of Zemun Park this year, they state and announce that more than 8,000 m2 of additional retail space will be built. In addition to the existing parking lot of 550 places, a new parking zone will be created, all for the purpose of maximum consumer comfort, Bonitet reports.
