On a 9,386 m² plot adjacent to Milutin Milanković Street (formerly Third Boulevard) in New Belgrade, a business complex is planned. It will consist of two buildings connected by a shared underground garage, with a structure of three underground floors plus ground floor, eight upper floors, and a penthouse (3PO+P+8+PS).

The urban plan was created by the Belgrade firm Urbanistiq doo. The investors are Forty doo and B.I.L.D. Invest doo, both based in Belgrade. Currently, there are no buildings on the parcels, and the project foresees phased construction on each plot.

On parcel KP 1290/1, the first phase involves building a shared three-level underground garage for both buildings. The second phase includes constructing the first building, which will have five commercial units and 36 office spaces, with a P+8+PS+penthouse layout. The third phase plans the second building, featuring seven commercial units and 36 office apartments, built to the same structural specifications.

On parcel KP 1290/2, the first phase also consists of the shared underground garage with three levels. The second phase covers the first building with five commercial units and 36 office spaces. The third phase involves the second building, which will include four commercial units and 18 office apartments, also in the P+8+PS+penthouse format.

The gross floor area of one building will be approximately 31,080.85 m², while the other will cover around 30,375.14 m². The entire complex is designed to accommodate a total of 591 parking spaces.

The public presentation of the project will be open until May 30.
