A new four-star hotel will be constructed in Belgrade Waterfront, near the Sava River, Gazela Bridge, Galerija shopping center, and the Belgrade Fair. The building consists of two elongated rectangular blocks. The wider block is one floor plus a ground floor (P+1), housing the hotel’s public and supporting facilities, while the narrower block rises six floors high and contains the hotel’s accommodation units.

The hotel will feature a total of 163 rooms, located on the upper floors from the second to the seventh, all accessible via elevators directly from the entrance hall. The first floor is primarily dedicated to sports and recreational facilities, situated in the middle and rear parts, while the front area is reserved for banquet halls. Planned amenities include a gym, SPA center, and an indoor swimming pool leading out to a green terrace.

The banquet area is designed as a versatile space for meetings, conferences, congresses, celebrations, exhibitions, and trade events. It includes a central hall and four smaller meeting rooms that can be combined into one large space using movable walls. To support these events, a satellite kitchen and furniture storage area will be provided.

The hotel’s service section accommodates employee areas, administrative offices located on the mezzanine floor, food and beverage facilities, maintenance, storage, and technical rooms.

Parking is planned in the basement garage, designed as a two-way street with managed parking on both sides. A total of 62 parking spaces will be available — 58 underground and 4 in front of the hotel.
