New multi-family residential building planned for Porečka Street in Požarevac

A multi-family residential building will be constructed at 4 Porečka Street in Požarevac, with a layout of ground floor + 2 floors + attic.

Part of the building on the ground floor is elevated on columns, and the covered space underneath will be used for parking vehicles. Pedestrian access and the main entrance to the building are planned to be on the west side. The project, which is open for public review, includes a total of eight residential units.

On the ground floor, one residential unit is planned. The staircase from the ground floor to the first floor is single-flight. The first floor will contain two residential units, while the second floor will have three units. The attic will house two residential units.

The staircase between the first and second floors, as well as between the second floor and the attic, will be a two-flight design with a landing. The investors are private individuals, and the architect is ARHIlux from Veliko Gradište.
