In the Belgrade municipality of Zvezdara, a new residential and business building is set to be constructed. The building will be a two-sided corner structure, designed with a floor layout of 3F+D+7+F, positioned at an angle, with its longer side running parallel to Dravska Street in the northwest and Žička Street in the southwest.

The ground floor will feature three business spaces, while the residential areas will span from the first to the second floor, offering 37 residential units. The building will also have an underground section consisting of three levels (Po3, Po2, and Po1), accessible from Žička Street through the market area. The underground garage will provide a total of 52 parking spaces, including three designated for people with disabilities.

The total gross developed construction area of the building is 5,924.53 m². Approximately 43.20% (284.22 m²) of the total space will be dedicated to green areas, pedestrian and vehicular pathways, all designed with modern technology and thoughtful landscaping. This plan is part of the urban planning project, which is available for public inspection until February 4.
