A new residential and commercial building will be constructed at the corner of Dobrovoljačka and Ugrinovačka streets near the Zemun City Stadium. The project, announced by the Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction, is designed by the company Novi plan doo for a private client.
The building will have a basement, ground floor, three typical floors, and a recessed top floor (Po+Pr+3+Ps), with a total of 31 residential units of various layouts.
The basement will include a garage with 43 parking spaces, including 2 for persons with disabilities, technical rooms, storage areas, and bicycle racks. The ground floor will have two commercial spaces with galleries and the main entrance to the residential section. Each of the three typical floors will have 8 residential units, and the recessed floor will have 7 units.
The total gross floor area of the building, including underground and above-ground parts, is approximately 3,190 square meters.
The public presentation of the project is open until July 10.
