New residential building to be constructed in Belgrade

A new residential building will be constructed at number 23, Trajka Stamenkovića Street, in the Belgrade municipality of Zvezdara. The planned building will have a structure of basement (Po), ground floor (P), two upper floors (2), and an attic (Pk).

The building will include a basement with a garage offering a total of 10 parking spaces for cars, equipped with automatic parking systems, along with two bicycle parking spaces and a substation. The ground floor will feature an entrance hall and two apartments, while the two upper floors and attic will each contain two apartments, totaling eight apartments.

The green space directly in contact with the ground will cover 52.87 m² (17%), and additional green areas will be created on the roof in the form of a rooftop garden.

The total net area of the building is 685.62 m², with an estimated value of 35,650,000 dinars according to the architectural project.

The investor is Belica, a company based in Belgrade, responsible for the urban planning project “Aula Beograd,” while the conceptual design was created by Atelje Arhi Beograd. Public review of the project is open until February 18.
