Danube Riverside company has submitted a request to the Ministry of Environmental Protection for an environmental impact assessment for the phased construction of a residential-business complex with an underground garage at the site of the former Jugoslavija Hotel in Zemun.
The project, planned by ECOlogica URBO, includes multiple buildings: a residential tower, hotel, business tower, and an independent commercial building, alongside a three-story underground garage with 2,178 parking spaces. The hotel will be a Ritz-Carlton, and the complex will feature various amenities, including a pool, spa, restaurant, and a preschool annex.
The residential tower will be 42 floors tall with 542 units, and the business tower will have 34 floors with a helipad. Additionally, the complex will include commercial spaces and a preschool with up to 80 children.
The investment is part of a broader half-billion-euro project, expected to be completed by 2027, with the Ritz-Carlton opening by the end of 2026.
