In July, “Konstantin Veliki” Airport in Niš saw 47,185 passengers, marking a 22% increase compared to the same month last year, though still 12% fewer than July 2023, when nearly 54,000 passengers passed through.
According to the airport, July was the most successful month of 2025 so far. While exact passenger numbers for June have not been released, it was previously announced that June saw a 16% increase compared to June 2024.
Cargo traffic also showed strong performance in July. The recently established Urumqi–Niš cargo route contributed to this growth, with over 308 tons of goods transported and a total of 486 flights operated during the month.
