The NIS shareholders’ assembly approved the distribution of profits for 2024 amounting to 18.38 billion dinars, with dividends totaling 4.595 billion dinars to be paid out—equivalent to 28.18 dinars per share. The total undistributed profit of NIS a.d. Novi Sad stands at approximately 300.1 billion dinars, with the remaining undistributed profit at about 13.79 billion dinars.
According to the decision made on June 20 and published by the Belgrade Stock Exchange, the profit reported in the income statement for the period January 1 to December 31, 2024, amounting to 18.38 billion dinars, will be allocated as follows: 4.595 billion dinars for dividend payments to shareholders.
Dividend payments in cash totaling 4.595 billion dinars (28.18 dinars per share) have been approved.
All shareholders registered as legal owners of NIS a.d. Novi Sad shares in the Central Registry, Securities Depository, and Clearing on the Shareholders’ Day of the 17th regular shareholders’ assembly session (Dividend Day) are entitled to receive the dividend.
