The city of Niš has announced a public tender for leasing and use of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Serbia in the second round. The offer includes 555 parcels totaling over 460 hectares. The deadline for applications and document submission is August 28, with the public auction scheduled for September 5.
The lowest starting price per hectare is 775 dinars for several parcels in Jasenovik, Pasjača, and Bancarevo, while the highest starting price is 12,514 dinars per hectare in cadastral municipalities such as Popovac, Medoševac, Trupale, Gornje and Donje Međurovo, Čokot, Pasi Poljana, Novo Selo, and Jelašnica.
Most parcels are under one hectare, but the largest include one nearly 50 hectares in the cadastral municipality “Ćele-kula,” a 33-hectare parcel in Jasenovik, and two parcels of 15 hectares in Hum and Donji Komren.
Both individuals and legal entities can participate, provided they have had an active registered agricultural farm for at least three years.
