NIS a.d. Novi Sad will pay dividends to its shareholders on October 22, 2025, from the company’s profits earned in 2024, except for shareholders whose payments have been temporarily postponed due to their inclusion on the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s SDN list, in accordance with the decision of NIS’s Board of Directors.
A total of 4,595,042,072 RSD (gross) will be distributed, representing 25% of the company’s net profit from the previous year. The dividend is payable to all shareholders registered as owners in the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House as of June 10, 2025, the Shareholders’ Day of the 17th regular General Assembly of NIS.
The Republic of Serbia will receive over 1.3 billion RSD in the budget from its share of the 2024 profits, and will also earn revenue from taxes applied to dividends paid to other shareholders.
Serbian citizens holding NIS shares will receive 23.95 RSD per share after a 15% tax deduction on the gross dividend, which amounts to 28.18 RSD per share before tax.
Dividends for shareholders owning more than 5% of shares will be paid via direct transfer, while payments to other shareholders will be made through the Central Securities Depository to the accounts used for trading shares or those provided during registration for free shares.
