The Ministry of Environmental Protection has decided that the construction of a large hotel in the Expo 2027 zone in Surčin, Belgrade, does not require an environmental impact assessment. The project, initiated by Euro KB Rent from Belgrade, concerns a building on cadastral plot 5405 KO Surčin.
The hotel will be a standalone functional unit with a total gross area of 37,062.75 m², including 6,831.11 m² underground and 30,231.64 m² above ground. It will feature one underground floor and seven above-ground levels, including two galleries, housing 409 hotel modules—rooms and apartments.
The ground floor will include public guest facilities such as an entrance hall, reception, lobby with aperitif bar, small sales area, multifunctional library space, and a restaurant. Upper floors are dedicated to accommodation.
