The regional consulting company for software development Serengeti doo from Croatia, which has a representative office in Kragujevac, has announced the opening of new jobs. The business expansion was announced as Serengeti saw revenue growth of 27 percent last year.

Judging by the recently established cooperation with some of the world’s largest clients, such as Planet Payment, Emil Frey and Valamar, it is expected that revenues will continue to grow in the coming period.

Serengeti also plans to hire new employees, both in its Kragujevac office and in the remote option for other cities in Serbia.

In this company, they emphasize that challenging projects, balance between work and private life, as well as international teams are what make Serengeti stand out when it comes to working conditions and opportunities for employee advancement.

The promotion of sales director Ivan Milas to the position of co-owner is the most recent example of the reflection of the business culture of this IT company.

“Serbian software experts have shown a high level of knowledge and commitment in a short time, which is just another example that by entering the Serbian market, we hit the center again when it comes to staff.

” We have new exciting projects ahead of us that will further raise the level of our business, which is why we are already thinking about hiring new highly qualified IT experts, both in Serbia and in the rest of the region,” said Goran Kalanj, CEO of Serengeti, on this occasion.

Aware of the value of qualified experts, Serengeti will launch a series of free workshops in Belgrade, Split, Sarajevo, Zagreb and Varaždin, where attendees will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the possibilities of the FIYU platform.

It is about the RAD platform, a product that this company launched on the market in 2020.

The Belgrade workshop is planned for April.

“In addition to increasing the number of employees, the Serengeti company plans additional investments in marketing and further expansion in the global market, primarily in the markets of Western Europe and the USA.

Attending five foreign conferences in the previous year, three of which were hosted in the American cities of New York, San Francisco and Orlando, speaks volumes about the direction in which Serengeti plans to expand its business,” added Ana Milas, director of marketing and business development in Serengeti company.

Serengeti offers unique advantages to developers, software engineers, designers, DevOps, architects, business analysts and testers, such as the possibility of working on enterprise projects, getting to know and working with different technologies, international cooperation and many other benefits.

Just some of Serengeti’s clients are renowned names such as Erste Bank Serbia, German hospitality giant Protel and Slovenian logistics company Epilog, as well as Addiko Bank, Mercury, Audifon, Knapp and others.

In addition to Kragujevac, Serengeti has offices in Zagreb, Bjelovar, Varaždin, and recently two new development centers in Split and Sarajevo, which were opened last year.
