Pavel Kandalincev, director of the Retail Directorate at NIS, pointed out that the introduction of the new service is another confirmation of the leading position when it comes to improving customer service in the retail segment.

“As a company that constantly listens to the needs of consumers, NIS has gone a step further in meeting the demands of the market and the expectations of the users of our services.” For us, the innovation of services with the DinaCard card is of great importance because in that way we cooperate with a domestic partner and support domestic brands, “said Kandalincev.

Jelena Sekulović, Director of the Payment Cards and Digital Banking Department of PoÅ¡tanska Å¡tedionica said that enabling deferred and installment payments at NIS to users of DinaCard’s debit card from PoÅ¡tanska Å¡tedionica, which is a major issuer of the domestic national card brand, is another confirmation of exceptionally good , long-term cooperation between this bank and NIS.

“We are pleased to now offer the DinaCard service, already known on the domestic market, in installments to our customers for the first time to pay for fuel, goods and services at gas stations, which greatly enriches the diversity of the retail network. Now more than a million users of this card have the opportunity to continue to pay deferred or in installments at NIS Petrol and GAZPROM gas stations without any costs. Of course, the greatest satisfaction of a state-owned bank is that it does just that with a domestic payment card, “Jelena Sekulović pointed out, Politika writes.
