The company Predl Immobilien d.o.o. is planning the construction of a new atrium-style residential and commercial complex in Voždovac, Belgrade. The project will be located within an existing block bordered by Bulevar Peka Dapčevića, Braće Jerković, Darvinova, and the Voždovac Ring Road.
The urban development plan was prepared by IBM Consult, while the conceptual design was developed by C.E.M. Team d.o.o.
The complex will consist of two buildings forming a central atrium that provides access to residential entrances and business apartments. Each building will have three underground levels, a basement, ground floor, four upper floors, and a recessed top floor. The total gross area will be 40,373.12 m² — with 20,356.45 m² below ground and 20,016.67 m² above ground.
A total of 382 parking spaces will be provided across the underground levels, along with 22 spots at the basement level and 20 designated spaces for people with disabilities. The ground floor will include business apartments, retail units, and entrances to residential areas, while upper levels will feature residential apartments.
In total, the development will include 242 residential units, 8 commercial spaces and 27 business apartments.
The public presentation of the urban plan is open until August 5.
