Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić revealed that he contacted Chinese President Xi Jinping on behalf of Stellantis representatives regarding challenges with exporting rare minerals caused by U.S. tariffs.
Vučić stated that Xi responded positively, stressing the importance of rare mineral exports and clarifying that these restrictions are not intended to target friendly nations. Xi has directed the appropriate authorities to address the issue. Vučić described this development as a major international acknowledgment of Serbia’s diplomatic efforts and expressed his anticipation for an upcoming meeting with Xi in China.
