Producer prices for agricultural and fishery products rise by 5% in November 2024

In November 2024, producer prices for agricultural and fishery products increased by 5% compared to the same month last year, according to the data released by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia. Analyzing the main product groups, the largest price increases were observed in the categories of Grains (14.5%) and Industrial Crops (4.9%).

The report further indicates that producer prices for agricultural and fishery products in November 2024 rose by an average of 0.3% compared to October 2024.

Among the main product groups, the largest price increase compared to the previous month was recorded in the Livestock and Poultry category, with a rise of 2.4%.

Looking at the period from January to November 2024, producer prices for agricultural and fishery products increased by an average of 0.1% compared to the same period in 2023.

Within this period, the largest price increases were observed in the groups of Industrial Crops (7.5%) and Livestock and Poultry (5.2%).
