Representatives of leading Japanese companies are interested in the business potentials of southern Serbia

Representatives of leading Japanese companies stayed in Nis, where they were interested in business potentials and capacities for the purpose of potential business cooperation, it was announced on the city’s website.
The Mayor of Nis, Dragana Sotirovski, presented the favorable business environment to Japanese businessmen and introduced them to the potentials of the city, its position and the reasons that can determine potential Japanese investors to invest their capital in Nis.
– Japanese companies are increasingly present in Serbia with investments exceeding 2.5 billion dollars. Our idea is to see the possibilities and business potentials of Nis and the surrounding districts for the possible expansion of investments outside Belgrade and Vojvodina – said the president of the Japanese Business Alliance in Serbia, Goran Pekez.
Representatives of the Office for Local Economic Development also informed Japanese businessmen about their economic, business, tourist potentials and development perspectives in detail. The guests visited the Science and Technology Park, where they talked with businessmen from Nis, as well as the Nis Faculty of Electronics, eKapija reports.
