The Serbian startup Ride & Stride (R&S) offers companies the opportunity to reward their employees every time they commute to work by carpooling, using public transportation, biking or walking.
Through this sustainable commuting program, employees earn points in the R&S mobile app, which they can later redeem for rewards or discounts at numerous stores. At the same time, companies receive assistance in achieving increasingly important ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals.
This initiative, designed to benefit both employees and companies, aims to encourage eco-friendly commuting choices that help reduce pollution and traffic congestion during rush hours.
Employees who choose sustainable commuting options have the chance to win discounts on bicycles, e-bikes, fitness equipment, sustainable cosmetics, healthy food products, and other perks offered by R&S partners.
By implementing the R&S app, companies help employees save time and money, build a culture of sustainability, and contribute to the community with measurable environmental results. A year and a half ago, Ride & Stride was part of the Attic42 Company Builder Incubator program, where it was selected as one of the top four teams out of 52 startups. The program prepared the Ride & Stride team for future challenges, including helping them secure funding through the Innovation Fund.
With this funding, they developed a mobile app designed for companies looking to improve their social and sustainable practices while offering a new benefit to their employees.
Today, Ride & Stride is more than just an app – it’s a movement towards a more sustainable and responsible business environment. Through partnerships with companies, this startup is transforming employees’ daily habits and aims to prove that small changes can have a big impact on both the community and the planet.
