The stadium arena design reveals three tiers of seating accommodating 52,241 spectators, promising an intimate football experience, as detailed in the document.

Spanning a 318,136 square meter plot, the stadium is circular with a 292-meter diameter, as reported by eKapija.

The lower level of the west stand functions as player access and locker rooms. At ground level – the West Entrance provides access for VIP guests, hospitality staff, catering areas and technical rooms. The ground level – Commercial Zone serves specific public access points and acts as a service area beneath the stadium, with some commercial spaces offered as “Shell & Core.”

Accessible from the main podium entrance, the lower level is the primary public area with a circular concourse around the stadium. Above, the middle level – VIP and Executive Boxes, accessible via stairs and lifts, sit just above the podium level. The upper concourse fully surrounds the stadium, wider on the east and west sides and narrower on the north and south.

Included are sections for technical rooms, general public access and a facade ring.

The lower level hosts a total of 21,868 seats, accessed via staircases from the upper tier. VIP seats occupy the west stand, with a separate area for state officials and a dedicated game experience zone.

One hospitality zone is on the east stand’s lower level, alongside uncategorized seating for the majority public. Concourse spaces on the northwest and southwest cater to disabled patrons and their companions, while the east stand concourse provides accessible seating.

The middle level offers 1,828 seats, accessible from the upper tiers via stairs, with hospitality areas on the north and south stands and VIP suites on the east stand.

The upper level boasts 28,545 seats, accessed via two walkway levels. Media tables are on the west stand, with the rest for public seating. Total seats, including media and broadcast spaces, amount to 52,000.

Parking includes 49 bus spots, 3,323 car spots, 145 EV chargers, 242 disabled spots, 33 van spots, 40 taxi spots, and 45 bike spots, with plans for parking on adjacent plots.

The stadium’s spatial layout and landscaping allow phased construction, requiring separate permits for each phase.

Phase one involves groundwork, earthworks, and foundation preparation, while phase two focuses on landscaping, parking, roads, and above-ground construction.
