The Belgrade Economic Forum, a significant annual event in the region, will take place on October 29 and 30, 2024, at the Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade. This gathering brings together a diverse group of influential speakers, high-ranking officials from the Republic of Serbia, and representatives from the international community, spanning the fields of politics, business, science, culture and media.
The forum serves as a premier platform for networking, fostering open and constructive dialogue among prominent thinkers and leaders to address challenges in uncertain times. It aims to guide political actions towards a competitive and sustainable economy for Serbia and the broader region through insightful discussions and examples of successful models.
The 24th Belgrade Economic Forum will be inaugurated by Serbia’s Prime Minister, Miloš Vučević. Other key speakers include Dr. Jelena Begović, Minister of Science, Technological Development and Innovation; Dr. Tanja Miščević, Minister for European Integration; Adrijana Mesarović, Minister of Economy; and Tomislav Momirović, Minister of Internal and Foreign Trade.
Notable ambassadors participating in the forum include Christopher R. Hill (USA), Anke Konrad (Germany), Edward Ferguson (Great Britain), Michelle Cameron (Canada), Emmanuel Gioffre (Head of the EU Delegation in Serbia), Luka Gori (Italy), Jozef Magjar (Hungary), Christian Ebner (Austria) and Pierre Cauchard (France).
