The second Regional Legal Business Forum has commenced in Zlatibor, featuring more than 450 participants and marking one of the largest gatherings of legal professionals in the country and the region. Organized by the Association of Company Lawyers with the support of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the forum brings together experts from company law, the legal profession, judicial institutions and specialists in digital transformation within the legal field.
During the opening, VukaÅ¡in Petković, president of the Association of Company Lawyers, highlighted the forum’s focus on professional and regional networking, as well as the exchange of experiences and insights on current and future topics relevant to the legal landscape.
Petković also extended a warm welcome to attendees from North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro and Slovenia, underlining the significance of regional cooperation in the legal profession. The opening session included a panel discussion on the use of artificial intelligence and modern technologies in legal processes, featuring Dušan Popović, a full professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade; Predrag Nikolić, director of the Center for Digital Transformation of PKS; and Stefan Dobrić, legal director of Bambi.
The forum will run for three days, addressing various legal aspects in key areas such as energy law, banking, competition protection, regulatory compliance, and modern contracting processes.
