Approximately 23 percent of employees in Serbia would accept a wage reduction to maintain the option of working from home, according to a survey conducted by the Osiguranik platform in collaboration with Infostud.

The research revealed that 65 percent of younger respondents would actively seek new employment if their employer eliminated remote work options, while older employees were less inclined to take such risks.

Currently, around 26 percent of employees in Serbia have the opportunity to work remotely. Specifically, about 2 percent can only work from home, 6 percent choose to work from home without restrictions, and 18 percent can do so only in certain situations.
