Last week, the Belex15 index, representing the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, increased by 1.1% to reach 1,033.2 points. The total turnover for the week was 21.4 million dinars, equivalent to 200,000 euros.

Shares of Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) led trading activity, with a significant recovery of nearly 3%, bringing the price to 808 dinars. The turnover for NIS shares was 6.3 million dinars. This gain effectively countered the losses incurred following the announcement of weak half-year results, which had previously driven the stock below 780 dinars. Despite this rebound, Momentum Securities notes that the low daily turnover since the dividend cut-off, averaging around 1.2 million dinars, remains a concern for shareholders.

Dunav Insurance saw its share price increase by 1.9% to 1,146 dinars, with a turnover of 4.4 million dinars, recovering from a previous dip below 1,100 dinars.
