The Ministry of Energy is coordinating logistics and imports of petroleum products to ensure a stable fuel supply in Serbia, while the Pančevo refinery will continue operating until November 25. Acting Assistant Minister for the Oil and Gas Sector, Saša Koković, stated that the ministry, together with other institutions, is focusing on maximizing transport capacity for imported oil products.

He made the statement during a meeting of the permanent working group of the Organization for National Strategy in Crisis Situations in the Oil Sector, held at the Serbian Government. The discussion centered on the current fuel supply situation. Representatives of Naftna Industrija Srbije confirmed that the refinery in Pančevo will remain operational until November 25, supported by existing crude oil reserves.

Key topics included the refinery’s continued operation, transport logistics, and the pace of fuel imports from neighboring countries. Participants emphasized the importance of evenly distributing fuel supplies across all gas stations, particularly smaller ones.
