The Republic Institute of Statistics announced that Serbia’s year-on-year inflation in June 2025 was 4.6%, with a monthly inflation rate of 0.9%.
Compared to December 2024, prices for consumer goods and services rose on average by 2.6%. On a month-to-month basis, price increases in June were observed primarily in:
- Recreation and culture: +2.2%
- Food and non-alcoholic beverages: +1.7%
- Transport: +0.9%
- Health, restaurants, and hotels: +0.6% each
- Housing, water, electricity, gas, and other fuels: +0.3%
- Clothing and footwear: +0.3%
- Household equipment and maintenance: +0.1%
The only category with a slight price decrease was alcoholic beverages and tobacco, which became 0.1% cheaper.
